My Story

My degree is Information Technology. My foundation is in technical support, helpdesk and customer service. I became skilled at writing instructions, DIY articles, and process flowcharts. While working as a technical writer, I was placed in a training department of one of the world's leading federal agencies. That's when I learned all about instructional design, adult learning theories, Bloom's Taxonomy, the ADDIE methodology, and e-learning development tools.
