Owner, Principal Consultant
Alethia has a B.S. degree in Information Technology. Her career started in technical support and she quickly advanced to becoming a technical writer. She has a keen ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand language. After being placed in an education and training services branch at the Centers for Disease Control, she developed skills in Instructional Design and
E-Learning development. With 10 years of experience designing and developing professional and engaging learning experiences, she is now the owner and principal instructional design consultant for AYJ Consulting Services.
Kylie Mitchell
Content Developer
Kylie has a B.S. degree in Art Education, and a background as a middle and high school art teacher. She creatively develops engaging training curriculum (online and classroom) and facilitation materials while incorporating accessibility guidelines and corporate branding style. She is highly skilled at industry standard authoring tools such as the Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Vyond.

Carina is a talented graphics artist and video developer with advanced skills using industry standard authoring tools including Articulate Storyline 360 & Rise, Vyond, Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite. She is skilled at building advanced interactions based on storyboards and wireframes, while incorporating client-specific branding guidelines and accessibility features.
